Gifted Ceylon provides delivery services across selected areas in Sri Lanka with the goal of ensuring safe and timely delivery of gifts and flowers.
Delivery Coverage
Delivery services are available only within selected serviceable areas in Sri Lanka. Certain remote locations may require additional delivery time or charges.
Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery may be available for eligible orders placed before the daily cut-off time.
Availability of same-day delivery depends on:
- product availability,
- delivery location,
- weather conditions,
- and operational capacity.
Delivery Timing
All delivery times are estimated.
During festive periods including:
- Valentine’s Day,
- Mother’s Day,
- New Year seasons,
- Vesak,
- Eid,
- Christmas,
- and other peak occasions,
deliveries may experience delays due to increased order volumes.
Delivery Attempts
If the recipient is unavailable during delivery:
- our delivery team may contact the recipient,
- leave the order with security/reception where appropriate,
- or arrange redelivery with additional charges.
Orders may be marked as delivered after a reasonable delivery attempt.
Incorrect Information
Gifted Ceylon is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by:
- incorrect addresses,
- invalid phone numbers,
- or incomplete recipient details.
Additional charges may apply for re-delivery requests.
Product Substitutions
Due to seasonal and supplier availability, certain flowers, packaging materials, or accessories may be substituted with similar items of equal or greater value while maintaining overall presentation quality.
